- In-person: You will be required to answer security questions and present a valid photo ID or a matching photo on your account is required.
- By email: You must email us from the email address that matches your file.
- By phone: You will be required to answer security questions.

Requirements for midwives requesting account information or changes
Midwives who are seeking a change to their personal information, employment information, or status must email midwifery@nsnmr.ca to complete a ‘Change of Status Verification Form’.
