This form is for you if you are a recent graduate who has not yet taken the registration exam. Typically, this letter is for new graduates who want to apply to another nursing regulatory body. If you require a request Confirm Graduation from Nova Scotia Nursing Program form, please contact Registration at registration@nsnmr.ca and we will provide you with the required form and payment information.
Document request fees are non-refundable as per policy. Please ensure this form is what you require before submitting a request for this document.
Document requests can only be submitted by an NSNMR applicant or registrant. We do not process requests from third-party organizations. If you are the receiving organization of this document, please direct the applicant or registrant to contact registration@nsnmr.ca to make the request.
Fees are in Canadian funds, includes the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), and must accompany your request. We will complete this request as soon as possible once we receive both the request and payment. You have 14 days to pay the invoice for your document request, or the document request will be withdrawn.
