NSNMR will complete certified true copies (CTC) of application documents submitted to NSNMR (or previously NSCN) for your initial application. NSNMR will only send CTC to another regulatory body. NSNMR cannot send CTCs of any documents received through the National Nursing Assessment Service.

You are required to submit payment for this request; this fee is non-refundable as per policy. You have 14 days to pay the invoice for your document request or the document request will be withdrawn.
Document requests can only be submitted by an NSNMR applicant or registrant. We do not process requests from third-party organizations. If you are the receiving organization of this document, please kindly direct the applicant or registrant to contact registration@nsnmr.ca to make the request.
